The role involves translating company goals into roadmaps, leading with impact, and iterating based on data. Sana focuses on making healthcare easy for both members and employers, offering affordable health insurance plans and intuitive tools. Sana is a fully distributed team, prioritizing curiosity, ownership, and speed.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant product management experience
- Prior start-up experience (healthtech, insurtech, regulated spaces preferred)
- Strong strategic thinking and impact-driven approach
