Job Description
This recruitment is being conducted to fill a full-time DA Investigative Assistant II opportunity in the San Joaquin County District Attorney's Office. The successful candidate will be responsible for locating witnesses, serving subpoenas, and assisting in the investigation of less complex criminal cases.
Requirements
- Locates witnesses using a variety of methods
- Serves subpoenas for appearance in court
- Assists District Attorney Investigators in the investigation of less complex criminal cases
- Testifies in court as to measures taken to locate witnesses
- Maintains records of subpoenas served and reports of activities and workload
