Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school for Registered Nurse program.
• Current Texas Registered Nurse licensure.
• 2+ years work experience in a behavioral health setting, hospital, or nursing home.
• Proficiency in facilitating medication education groups.
• Experience with ADL training and oversight.
• Knowledge of psychiatric nursing skills and patient safety standards.
• Ability to de-escalate aggressive patients.
