Manufacturing Engineering Manager

Manage the cable manufacturing engineering department, develop best practices, and lead engineering team.

Requirements

• 7-10 years related engineering experience in manufacturing
• 3-5 years of management experience
• Wire and cable manufacturing experience
• Knowledgeable in automated machine design and industrial control systems
• Ability to apply process development and six sigma methodologies and tools
• Ability to apply and coach good engineering practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong leadership skills
• Lifting Requirements: Light Work – must be able to lift up to 20 pounds regularly from floor to waist
