The role involves collaborating with Product and Design to evolve coaching products, refine workflows, and deliver scalable, AI-driven solutions for a growing customer base.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software development
• Experience shipping features and iterating on customer feedback
• Strong communication skills
• Growth mindset and eagerness to learn
• Comfortable building end-to-end solutions
• Knowledge of Go, GraphQL, Typescript, React, and AWS (preferred)
• Experience with LLM systems (ideal)
