Senior Performance Marketing Manager

Samsara is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to drive customer acquisition and business growth through Paid Search (PPC) and related performance channels. The ideal candidate will own the end-to-end strategy and execution of performance marketing campaigns, with a focus on capturing high-intent search traffic, rigorous experimentation, and delivering measurable impact on pipeline and revenue.

Requirements

• 4+ years hands-on experience with Paid Search
• Skilled in building campaigns and ads directly in platform-native tools
• Results-oriented and data-driven, leveraging both qualitative and quantitative insights to guide decisions and prioritize roadmaps
• Proven ability to build performance marketing channels from the ground up
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and creative teams
• High level of ownership and accountability, with experience managing multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously
• Bachelor's Degree
