Job Description
Samaritan Daytop Village is seeking a Social Worker to provide clinical services to clients within the Brooklyn, NY area. The role involves individual and group counseling, psychosocial assessments, mental health screenings, crisis intervention, and referral to appropriate care. Requirements
- Conducts bio-psychosocial assessments, mental status, and mental health evaluations.
- Conducts individual, couples, group, and family counseling.
- Conducts screenings for mental health, substance use, and developmental needs.
- Parties in incident follow-ups.
- Assists families with barriers to service and makes appropriate referrals.
- Maintains client records and ensures HIPAA compliance.
