Job Description
Samaritan Daytop Village is seeking a Housing Specialist to identify and assist program participants in securing permanent housing. The role involves conducting housing assessments, providing case management, and assisting with applications for housing and rental subsidy programs. Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Six Months to One Year of comparable housing or real estate experience
- Willingness to participate in CPR and First Aid training
- Willingness to travel to view available apartments
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite, EHR)
- Experience working with diverse backgrounds
