Job Description
Sama is seeking a Strategy Consultant to drive client success and retention by providing tailored employee development through their innovative platform, Sama.io. The role involves building relationships, identifying upsell opportunities, and collaborating with various teams to drive revenue and client impact. The consultant will be the primary contact for clients, analyzing data, and providing strategic guidance.
Requirements
- Verbal and written native fluency in English and French
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Management Consulting, HR, or Customer Success roles
- Strong business acumen and fluency in business jargon
- Experience as a freelancer or working in a start-up
- Experience using CRM (HubSpot preferred), with an understanding of utilizing technology platforms to drive automation and scalability
