Warehouse Team Member

We're seeking a Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Saltbox. As a Member Specialist, you'll wear many hats—from fulfillment and shipping to member hospitality and building upkeep. This isn't a traditional warehouse job. It's a fast-paced, physical, and member-facing role where you’ll help real small business owners thrive every day.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (reasonable accommodations provided)
• Comfortable using tools like Slack, Gmail, and MacBooks
• Physical stamina to bend, climb, and move inventory
• Prior experience in logistics, fulfillment, or customer-facing roles is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
