Requirements
- Process and Program Management: Own and manage the RAD4 process for Customer Success
- Lead and drive complex, cross-functional project initiatives
- Goal Setting & Accountability (OKRs): Own and manage the Customer Success OKRs
- Company Goal Alignment: Own and manage the CS portion of Company OKRs
- Risk & Roadblock Management: Raise key information, roadblocks, and potential conflicts to CS Management
- Event Support: Support the CS-owned portion of event management for major events
