Maintenance A Worker -Rounds

Perform routine systems checks and emergency maintenance as dispatched by public safety and supervisors. Monitor and inspect building HVAC systems, troubleshoot and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, and record relevant data in logbooks.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Class E driver's license (or equivalent from another state)
• Availability 24/7 for emergencies and willingness to work overtime
• Technical training or certification in HVAC maintenance, commercial/residential installation, or related fields preferred
• Five or more years of experience maintaining electrical systems in a commercial or institutional environment
