Maintenance Inventory & Purchasing Administrator

Sage V Foods is looking for a Maintenance Inventory & Purchasing Administrator to support the Maintenance team by managing maintenance parts, tools, and MRO inventory, and performing various tasks to ensure the shop is clean, safe, and organized.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in inventory, purchasing, storeroom, or maintenance support
• Manufacturing or plant experience preferred
• Knowledge of MRO parts and equipment is a plus
• Comfortable using Excel and inventory/CMMS systems
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and move throughout shop and plant areas
• Self-starter who works well with minimal supervision and supports the team
