Sagard is a multi-strategy alternative asset management firm seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to work with business teams to solve complex problems and evolve processes using AI and data technologies.

Requirements

• Partner with business units to identify and prioritise high-value use cases, manage sprints, and communicate with stakeholders and the central team
• Prototype workflows, data pipelines, prompts, and application experiences
• Build and support integrations using a mix of low-code and high-code tools, contributing to the broader data platform as required
• Evaluate third-party tools for strategic fit within firmwide technical capabilities
• Ensure solutions align with established best practices for safe use, access, and security
• Identify and monitor outcomes, and iterate based on usage, time saved, and feedback
• Track AI trends and experiment with emerging capabilities to fuel continuous innovation
