Job Description
Saft is seeking experienced machine operators for the fill and formation department. These technicians will operate programmable logic controls, utilize calibrated tools, and be responsible for manufacturing battery cells, charging them with electricity, and ensuring product quality. The role involves working 8-hour shifts, with potential for three shifts (first, second, or third).
Requirements
- HS diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills with some proficiency of Excel and database usage
- 2 years Manufacturing experience preferably running machinery
- Ability to comprehend written instructions
- Experience running machinery and/or test equipment
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently or in a team
- Problem-solving skills
- Reliability and trustworthiness
- Ability to work in a lab environment
