Electrode Technician

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Electrode Technician to join our team. As an electrode technician, you will play a vital role in the manufacturing process by creating, testing, and maintaining electrodes for various applications.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer skills are a must
• 3-5 years of manufacturing experience preferably running machinery
• Strong technical skills and understanding of electrode manufacturing processes
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to perform precise measurements and detect small variances in the process that may affect product quality
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to comprehend written instructions and to clearly document and record the results of the work performed
• Expereince with coating or mixing or slitting is preferred
• Experience as an electrode technician or similar role is preferred
