Manager, Insurance Operations, Cyber Liability

We are seeking a Manager, Insurance Operations, Cyber Liability to support our growing Cyber Liability Insurance practice. The role involves managing end-to-end processes that support underwriting, policy issuance, and broker communication, and driving operational excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (Master's degree a plus)
• 3 or more years of Property/Casualty Insurance or other financial industry customer operations/servicing experience
• 3 or more years of experience managing and/or directing customer operations
• Strong technical proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Visio, Word, and PowerPoint
• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with cross-functional teams and brokers
• Familiarity with project management principles and user acceptance testing
