We're looking for an Inside Sales Representative who is energized by outbound prospecting, thrives in a high-volume sales environment, and is motivated to exceed goals. The Inside Sales Representative's mission is to drive revenue growth by creating and converting qualified opportunities into net-new accounts.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of outbound sales experience in a high-volume environment
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and apply feedback
- Resilience, persistence, and adaptability in the face of challenges
- Strong communication skills with emotional intelligence and customer orientation
- Highly organized, accountable, and disciplined in following process
