Accounts Receivable Specialist

Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for managing both Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) functions, including maintaining accurate client/vendor records, processing customer invoices and payments, managing collections, and ensuring timely and accurate vendor payments.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Proficiency in Accounting Software, QuickBooks, SalesForce, NetSuite experience a Plus.
