Branch Supervisor (West Roseville)

The Branch Supervisor is responsible for providing internal and external clients with quality service, developing the branch staff's capacity for meeting sales and service objectives, and ensuring compliance with Credit Union policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or one to two years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to function in a team environment; proven team player.
• Capacity to organize, supervise, and delegate effectively.
• Ability to motivate self and others.
• Ability to make decisions and assume responsibility for them.
• Ability to manage time effectively.
