Job Description
The SCC Shelter Nurse is responsible for providing healthcare services to youth in the shelter. Key responsibilities include documentation of healthcare status, providing episodic and emergency care, and providing health education. The nurse is also responsible for medication management, including oversight of medication distribution, secure storage, and accountability.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) with active and clear Florida license
- Ability to work with youth and parents/guardians
- Ability to provide health education and medication management
