As the first newly constructed psychiatric hospital in Northern California in more than 30 years, this hospital offers 117 inpatient acute psychiatric beds, an outpatient treatment center, and a procedures clinic providing electro-convulsive therapy (ECT) and other interventional psychiatry services. We offer a full range of individualized treatment services, adults, and senior adults, including treatment for mental health and co-occurring (mental health and substance abuse) disorders. Additional services include mental health and substance abuse screening, assessment, crisis intervention, consultation, education, and individual and group counseling.
Job Description
Formerly Aurora Santa Rosa Hospital, SRBHH, is a mental health hospital located in Santa Rosa, California. SRBHH offers treatment for both mental health and co-occurring psychiatric and substance abuse conditions, focusing on providing a comfortable environment for patients. They are seeking a part-time Dietary Aide to assist with meal preparation, cleanup, and maintaining a clean kitchen, in a courteous and respectful manner.
Requirements
- Verbal de-escalation and physical intervention program as approved by the CNO
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Food Safety Handler Card preferred
- Work day, weekend or evening shifts upon 48-hour notice
- Willingness to be flexible in job assignments
