Job Description
As a production developer, you will work together with your colleagues to develop well-thought-out industrialization plans and coordinate work in the projects where products are adapted to our production setup.
Requirements
- Develop, document, implement, and improve manufacturing flows.
- Develop work methods and procedures for MSA, SPC, etc.
- Support the production organization in investments in machines and equipment.
- Drive activities and implement improvements related to production methods/processes.
- Implement PDCA issues.
- Perform PFMEA analysis.
- Responsible for cost estimates in connection with larger investments related to production
