Requirements
- HBO or WO diploma
- Proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Project Management (preferably in a SaaS environment)
- Affinity and/or experience with technology
- Fluent Dutch and English language skills
- Get-things-done mentality and proactive attitude
- Strong relationship management skills and ability to conduct strategic conversations at a management level
- Analytical insight and ability to link customer feedback, software, and operations
