Job Description
S.R.T. MedStaff is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) and Registered Practical Nurses (RPNs) for their Community Visiting Nursing Program in Newmarket/Aurora, ON. The role involves providing safe and holistic nursing care to patients in various settings, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and acting as a patient advocate. Multiple shifts, including days and evenings, are available.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse or Registered Practical Nurse in good standing with College of Nurses of Ontario
- One (1) year recent experience in the community
- Excellent problem solving, time management, and crisis resolution skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience with Information Technology
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
