Sales Manager

Ryz Labs is seeking a Sales Manager to lead all sales activities and be responsible for building a regional sales team in Argentina. This role involves full-cycle sales, lead generation, and managing a growing team in the enterprise market. The position requires a hands-on approach and a focus on building and refining the sales playbook.

Requirements

• 6+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience in the U.S.
• 2+ years leading or mentoring a sales team in a remote or distributed setting.
• Proven track record closing complex SaaS deals.
• Experience selling into HR tech, recruiting, or AI SaaS.
• Proficiency with modern sales stacks (CRM, Clay, Instantly, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
• Strong AI literacy.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Comfort selling to U.S. executives.
