Requirements
- Supervise, coordinate and oversee day to day logistics operations
- Plan and review logistics processes
- Establish work schedules and procedures
- Accountable for site Key Performance Indication (KPI)
- Meet regularly with team members to monitor progress and track performance
- Carry out performance evaluations of team members
- Address performance problems through corrective action and disciplinary process
