Operations Manager Trainee - Fleet Maintenance (Tues-Sat 2nd Shift)

The Operations Management Trainee will support the shop management process and assist in cost savings, customer retention, and metric-based initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 1 year or more in customer service with issues resolution experience
• Strong PC knowledge/skills to include spreadsheet and word processing software packages
• Basic understanding of Business Finance, controls and metrics
