Requirements
- Juris Doctor, US state bar member in good standing
- At least 10+ years of related work experience (buy-side and sell-side)
- Technology procurement experience, including negotiating MSAs, implementation SOWs
- Proven track record in risk allocation, revenue enablement, and global contracting
