Job Description
RWA, a leading southwest Florida consulting engineering firm, is seeking a Senior Landscape Architect to join our team as the Landscape Architecture Director. This position entails close collaboration with our Engineering team to develop conceptual and permit-level plans associated with the development of master planned communities, commercial and institutional projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field
- Five to Ten (5-10) years of experience in all phases of landscape and urban design and planning, and substantial experience in the design of projects
- Three to Five (3-5) years of experience leading a team on landscape architecture/design projects
- Licensed Landscape Architect
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and graphical/modeling software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, ArcGIS, SketchUp and Adobe)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to provide group leadership in Landscape Architecture and urban design related projects
- Ability to work well in a team environment and independently
