Civil Engineer (PE)

RWA, Inc. is a professional consulting firm seeking a civil engineer with the opportunity to further develop their professional consulting and design capabilities with an increased emphasis on direct client contact and service, permitting endeavors, management, and interdisciplinary technical expertise.

Requirements

• Four-year degree (or equivalent experience) in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Successfully passed Fundamentals of Engineering Exam
• Registered Professional Engineer (able to obtain P.E. license in Florida within 2 years)
• Six (6) to Ten (10) years of experience in Civil engineering
• Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, AutoCADD 3D, ICPR, WaterCAD, and StormCAD
• Experience in technical writing of deliverables including work plans, quality program documents, engineering reports, and project correspondence
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Ability to maintain integrity and professionalism with clients, community, and fellow employees
• Ability to adapt to encountered obstacles to meet project objectives on time and on budget
