Technical Project Manager

We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager / Business Analyst to join our Global Technology Organization. This role serves as a critical bridge between Technology, Operational Risk, and Internal Audit teams, ensuring strong governance, effective risk management, and regulatory compliance across Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and Application Development functions.

Requirements

• Act as the primary liaison between Global Technology, Operational Risk, and Internal Audit, ensuring alignment with governance and compliance objectives.
• Identify and lead automation and continuous control monitoring (CCM) initiatives to streamline audit, risk, and control management workflows, enhance cyber and technology control effectiveness, and improve real-time risk visibility through data and analytics.
• Coordinate third-party risk management activities, including review and tracking of vendor security questionnaires, assessment findings.
• Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and control maturity across ITGRC operations.
• Coordinate and manage audit and assessment activities, including control testing, evidence collection, issue tracking, and remediation efforts.
• Lead and facilitate risk assessments, control gap analyses, and develop remediation or improvement plans in collaboration with technology teams.
• Drive project management activities for risk and audit initiatives—planning, progress tracking, reporting, and timely delivery of milestones.
• Ensure adherence to internal policies, regulatory obligations, and industry standards such as SOX, ISO 27001, NIST, and PCI-DSS.
