Job Description
Ruppert Landscape is seeking a Field Manager to manage landscape maintenance operations, train employees, and oversee production activities. The role involves scheduling, supervising daily tasks, monitoring quality, and managing customer relationships. Requirements
- Develop a clear understanding of company philosophies, goals, and financial position.
- Train employees under supervision and monitor progress.
- Plan, schedule, and supervise daily production activities on assigned contracts.
- Develop a clear understanding of budget and job costs.
- Maintain assigned vehicle and equipment and keep quality standards high.
- Valid driver's license with a clean record over the past 3 years.
