Job Description
The Field Manager is responsible for managing labor and material in field maintenance and snow removal projects. This role focuses on the success of his/her team and involves developing employee skills, managing budget and quality, and building client relationships. The ideal candidate will be proactive, possess strong organizational skills, and be responsible for ensuring job completion and client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Demonstrated skill and ability to manage others
- At least one year of experience in contract maintenance work
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record
- Ability to identify and diagnose insect and disease problems
