General Manager

We're looking for a confident and engaging relationship builder to lead our Brighton office as General Manager. You'll oversee operations and sales, building an exceptional community and solving facilities issues.

Requirements

• Build an exceptional member experience, including delivering an extensive events calendar and building an engaged and vibrant community
• Ensure impeccable standards across your site - managing operational requirements such as maintenance and cleaning
• Troubleshooting facilities issues and ensuring sites are compliant and within budget
• Maintaining Occupancy through your sales pipeline, touring prospective members, holding retention conversations with existing members and cultivating relationships both within Runway East and the surrounding ecosystem
• Building relationships with your team, motivating them, training them, setting expectations and creating a service-first culture
• Improving our processes and questioning systems to make them as efficient as possible
