The Manager, Assurance Services - Construction oversees audits and reviews for general contractors, specialty subcontractors, homebuilders, and related construction businesses ensuring timely, high-quality engagements.

Requirements

• Plan, manage, and oversee assurance engagements for construction clients
• Advise clients on complex industry issues
• Assess clients’ controls over contract costs, project budgeting, subcontractor management, billing, and cash flow
• Develop engagement budgets, monitor progress, and ensure teams meet productivity and quality benchmarks
• Serve as a primary point of contact for client leadership
• Train and coach team members in both technical assurance skills and construction industry best practices
• Identify opportunities for cross-service collaboration
