Account Executive

RTM Business Group is seeking an ambitious Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will focus on new business development, prospecting, closing, and account management in a B2B selling environment. This role offers extensive training and a unique opportunity for collaborative and independent work.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of sales experience
• Ability to travel regularly to events
• Bachelor's degree
• 3 or more years of experience in B2B events
• Background in Sales, Customer Success, Marketing or B2B events
• Professional & interpersonal communication skills
• Passion for sales and professional development
• Self-starter, extremely organized and detailed-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy
• Must be proactive and have the ability to work under pressure
• Competency with technology and ability to learn new software and applications
