RSM is seeking a Director of Business Valuation with a focus on Complex Financial Instruments to join their Valuation Team. The successful candidate will work on challenging projects, provide financial analysis, business and financial modeling, and valuations. They will also be responsible for establishing and maintaining an effective sales and marketing process in the Valuation practice area.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a Quantitative Field (Math, Financial Mathematics, Quantitative Finance or related area of study) preferred; MBA or other Master's a plus
- Professional Certifications: ABV/CPA, ASA or CFA
- 8+ years in Management/Leadership/Supervisory experience
- Database experience with Capital IQ
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Flexibility to travel to clients and other RSM's offices
- Demonstrated ability to work independently to gather facts, organize data, analyze financial statements and other financial data, and identify relevant issues
