Job Description
We are seeking a confident individual who can think strategically and works well in a team environment. The ideal candidate should have 3+ years of functional hands-on experience with D365, fluent in English, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and knowledge of key end to end business processes including but not limited to Lead to Order and Field Service.
Requirements
- Setup and configuration of the D365 application
- Unit testing business processes
- Technical writing and documentation
- Data conversion, including transformation and loading data into D365
- Work closely with US counterparts to manage workload and client deliverables
- Coach and mentor junior resources (talent development)
- Oversee client delivery and quality on assigned projects
