Outseer Fraud Manager is an advanced, omnichannel fraud detection hub that provides risk-based, multi-factor authentication for organizations seeking to protect their consumers from fraud across digital channels.
Requirements
- Design, develop, and test software applications
- Work with technical staff to understand problems with software and develop specifications to resolve them
- Independently resolve customer complaints and respond to suggestions for improvements and enhancements
- Coordinate and communicate with global product management, program management, QA and technical support at various stages of product development
