Job Description
RS&H is seeking a Senior Project Director to lead and oversee complex, high-risk projects for a major transportation project. This role involves client oversight, budget management, schedule adherence, contract negotiation, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will drive project delivery with a focus on quality and client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited program
- 20 years relevant experience or equivalent education/experience
- Professional Engineer, Registered Architect, or Interior Designer certification (preferred)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail, commitment to follow through, and ability to work independently
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and ability to build relationships
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize work.
