Elite Housekeeper (33830)

We are hiring an experienced Housekeeper to oversee the upkeep of common areas and vacant apartments at RR Living. The job involves preparing and cleaning vacant units, general housekeeping, and exterior and interior painting. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial-minded, goal and team oriented, and able to work effectively and efficiently in a variety of situations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
• Must be willing and able to work effectively and efficiently as a member of a professional apartment maintenance team
• Must be willing and able to work effectively and efficiently on an independent basis
• Must be willing and able to effectively interact with a wide variety of personalities, maintaining excellent public relations on an ongoing basis
• Must possess a positive attitude and the ability to smile under all circumstances
• Achieve Fair Housing certification prior to interaction with prospects or residents
• Knowledge of OSHA laws and regulations
• Participate in training to comply with new or existing laws
• Be able to work evenings and weekends
• Present self in a neat, clean and professional manner at all times throughout the workday and/or whenever present at the community
