Job Description
We're seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform general maintenance work and maintain the cleanliness of common areas on the interior and exterior of the property. This includes regular custodial duties, grounds work, and basic landscaping. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring prompt response to emergency on-call and after-hours maintenance assignments, completing work orders, and maintaining shop organization.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of experience in maintenance or related field
- General knowledge in a variety of skilled trades
- Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Valid driver's license
