Requirements

• MBO or HBO work and thinking level, preferably with a completed education in logistics, transport, or planning
• Ambitious, motivated, and stress-resistant, with a creative and solution-oriented mindset
• A true team player with strong communication skills, both towards drivers and colleagues on site
• Will to work in the evening or on weekends in the long term, with a corresponding allowance and good guidance
• Good command of Dutch and English, both verbally and in writing; German is a plus
