Job Description
Join Royal Caribbean Group as an Analyst, Employee Experience Shipboard & Island and combine your career goals and sense of adventure. The role will support the Manager, Shipboard and Island Employee experience in ensuring that crew experience-related initiatives and programming move forward.
Requirements
- 1+ years of relevant/related ship or private destination experience preferred
- 1+ years of experience in project management, HR operations, consulting, business analysis, or a related field
- Strong organizational and execution skills with a track record of managing multiple projects at once
