The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the preservation and upkeep of the property, practicing OSHA standards and company safety policy, and maintaining accurate records. The incumbent will also participate in a standby emergency schedule, perform scheduled maintenance, and troubleshoot systems. Additional responsibilities include decorating vacant units, assisting with custodial work, and maintaining and repairing amenities.
