Job Summary: Under direct supervision of the Community Manager, the Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the preservation and upkeep of the property and the safety of all maintenance personnel. The incumbent is expected to have excellent attendance and communication skills, possess the ability to build lasting business relationships, and exhibit professionalism. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities include practicing OSHA standards and company safety policy, continuing education of safety training, and keeping accurate records regarding preventive maintenance, work orders, and unit refurbishing.
