COMMUNITY MANAGER - Westgate Plaza

We are seeking a Community Manager to oversee our Westgate Plaza Apartments in West Palm Beach, FL. The successful candidate will provide leadership and direction to associates, mentor and train them to achieve corporate goals, and deliver excellent customer service to residents. The Community Manager will be responsible for full oversight of the property, including supervising associates, evaluating performance, and maintaining knowledge of market conditions.

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License
• Bilingual preferred
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Property/Community Manager state level license where required
• Minimum three (3) years property management experience
• Proficiency in One Site
• Computer literacy
