Job Description
We're looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our Direct to Consumer team in Espoo! At its core, Red's Club is a key strategic initiative designed to deepen player engagement and loyalty across our games and drive sales in the Red’s Club webshop.
Requirements
- Experience in product marketing, CRM, or growth marketing, ideally within games, entertainment, or digital products
- Solid understanding of core product marketing principles, including segmentation, positioning, and lifecycle marketing
- Ability to plan, execute, and measure marketing campaigns across channels like in-game, email, and web
- Comfortable working with structured data, metrics, and marketing tools (e.g., CRM, analytics, or automation platforms)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with experience presenting data-driven insights to stakeholders
