Job Description
As Team Lead SCM - Customer Demand Planning, you will be responsible for the professional and disciplinary leadership of the Customer Demand Planning department within Supply Chain Management. You will ensure supply chain-side support for our customers and drive digitalization and standardization of processes in the WAY system and SAP S/4HANA.
Requirements
- Completed degree with a focus on Supply Chain Management or comparable
- Several years of professional experience in Supply Chain Management, ideally in Customer Planning and/or Customer Service
- Leadership skills with a clear, empathetic, and pragmatic leadership approach
- Excellent communication skills and professional and service-oriented appearance
- Knowledge of SAP (ideally SAP S4/HANA) and WAY (Valantic)
- High affinity for digitalization topics
